Michael Phillips passed away unexpectedly on October 4th, 2021. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to C.A.S.T. to help kids with special needs receive joy and hope as we celebrate them as loved and valuable at C.A.S.T. for Kids fishing events. His love for fishing will live on through these children. He will be missed dearly by his family and everyone who encountered him.
