Give the Gift of Fishing to a Child with Special Needs!

Wow, 2021 has been a rollercoaster! This season of time has affected all of us in a wide variety of ways. Here at the C.A.S.T. for Kids Foundation, we have been busy holding as many events as possible and are looking forward to 2022 with a full schedule of events across the Nation. Our mission is to enrich the lives of children with special needs, support their families, and strengthen communities through the sport of fishing. Our goal this Giving Tuesday is to raise funds to sponsor 50 of our participants in 2022.

There are over 3,000 children with special needs that participate every year at a C.A.S.T. for Kids event, and like Shelby, they are ready to go fishing! A financial gift of $75 will sponsor one child with special needs for an event. Each child is partnered with an experienced fisherman and receives an event t-shirt, hat, fishing rod & reel, tackle box, and a plaque to enjoy and remember their fishing experience.
